Ikran Mohamed Abukar is an experienced humanitarian having worked eight years in NGOs and the government sectors across Somalia. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree and has expertise in administrative work, peace building, GBV case management, field data collection, and coaching newly hired personnel. Ikran's brings to this role experience working on Gender Based Violence, Protection and case management, as well as a strong network of national actors.
