Elise works as strategist, entrepreneur and facilitator - supporting others to create the conditions for deeper community and better systems. As a program director, she has developed and implemented people-centered approaches to allow conflict affected communities to shape their own futures.
As a funder and influencer, she has been focused on how to leverage this commitment to citizen-led change to generate greater momentum in efforts to decolonise aid and generate new forms of international solidarity.
Elise currently acts as a host and community catalyst for Reimagine Peacebuilding - a people-centered collective of passionate activists that aims to re-imagine, co-create and co-lead spaces and action for a just, equitable and dignified peace. She is deeply motivated by creating spaces which challenge power and create the conditions for systems transformation.
