This objective will be pursued by, inter alía, setting up and maintaining a global digital platform that enables people who are affected by crisis and receiving aid to feedback in a neutral and transparent manner to improve the aid provided.
The foundation does not intend to make a profit with the totality of its activities that are aimed at realising or promoting its object.

As a registered charity in the Netherlands, we adhere to the highest ethical standards and legal requirements in all aspects of our operations, including remuneration.
Unpaid Governing and Advisory Boards:
Our Governing Board and Advisory Board members serve in a voluntary capacity, without receiving any financial compensation for their roles. Their dedication and expertise are invaluable in guiding and overseeing the strategic direction and impact of our organisation.
Balanced Remuneration
We believe in fair and balanced remuneration for our employees and service providers, ensuring that their compensation aligns with industry norms and the responsibilities of their roles. Our remuneration structure, detailed in our Pay Equity Policy, is designed to attract and retain talented individuals who share our commitment to our charitable objectives, yet can be funded in a sustainable manner long term.
Equity and Charity Focus:
As a charity, we are dedicated to advancing our mission for the public benefit. We do not offer equity or ownership stakes to any individuals, as our focus is solely on fulfilling our charitable purpose and maximising the positive impact we can make in the community.
Our remuneration policy is regularly reviewed to ensure that it remains in line with Dutch charity requirements, and any updates or changes are made with the utmost consideration for our mission and the well-being of our organisation and signed off by the Governing Board.
